 We provide a majority of our clients with contingency searches. Executing a contingency contract allows us to provide continuous staffing services over a long period of time. There is no upfront deposit associated with this service.  

These searches are reserved for executive positions such as Director, VP, C-level and Partners. With this service we require a one third deposit of the total estimated fee.

  Our reputation is built on sourcing top-level talent, we do not send a high volume of resumes for open positions. We provide our clients with detailed write-ups after vetting select candidates for the specific role. Write-ups include: current position and reason for exploring opportunities, previous positions and companies worked for, strong suits and limitations, location of residency, compensation and benefit expectations.
